NVZ ("we," "our," or "the app") is a condition-gated encrypted ephemeral messaging platform for iOS. This Privacy Policy describes how NVZ handles information in connection with your use of the app and this website.
NVZ is built on a foundational principle: we cannot share what we do not have. We do not collect, store, or retain personal data, message content, or user identifiers of any kind.
NVZ does not collect or store any of the following:
Messages sent through NVZ are end-to-end encrypted and condition-gated. Decryption keys are released only when all conditions set by the message creator are simultaneously verified. Messages are displayed for five seconds and then permanently and irrevocably deleted — from both the device and our servers. No copy of any message is retained anywhere after delivery.
NVZ does not have the technical ability to access, read, or recover any message sent through the platform. This is by design.
NVZ uses GPS location data solely to verify whether a recipient meets the location condition set by the message creator. This verification occurs in real time and the coordinates are never stored, logged, or transmitted beyond the verification process. Location access requires explicit permission from the user via iOS system prompts.
NVZ requests access to the camera and microphone solely for live authentication as required by the message conditions. Media captured during authentication is processed for verification only and is immediately discarded. It is never stored or transmitted for any other purpose.
NVZ's backend infrastructure uses Supabase for real-time session management. No message content is stored on Supabase servers. Supabase processes only the minimal technical session data required to facilitate a live connection, which is discarded when the session ends. Supabase's privacy practices are described at supabase.com/privacy.
NVZ is not directed at individuals under the age of 17 and does not knowingly collect any information from minors. If you believe a minor has used NVZ, please contact us at the address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

NVZ is operated by a Florida Limited Liability Company. All legal correspondence should be directed to the registered agent on file with the Florida Division of Corporations.
NVZ stores no user data and no message history. We cannot recover expired messages, reset chat IDs, or identify users. This is intentional.
